一、概述Description本机能自动完成PCB板涂敷助焊剂、预加热、焊锡等焊接的全部工艺过程，且适用于无铅锡料焊接。

This machine included the functions in flux spraying, pre-hearing and soldering to satisfy the whole process in wave soldering. It is also suitable to work with lead-free soldering material.
本系列装置主要特点：Special Features:
1、             助焊剂涂覆采用选点式涂敷，节省时间、节约助焊剂。
   Selective flux spraying could help to save the operation time and material.
2、             预加热采用上下预热模式，预热更均匀。
   More evenness in heat transparency by up + bottom layers handling in pre-heat zone
3、             锡炉采用外热式加热，炉胆体积减小，发热体均匀布置，提高温度均衡性，波峰稳定平滑，氧化量小。
    External heating design could save the size of chamber. Also, this design could make the heat transfer to be more stable and increase the temperature stability in wave soldering. This could decrease the effect in oxidation.
4、             温度控制采用PID控制，解决传统ON/OFF控制带来高电流冲击的现象。
   Using PID to control the temperature setting could solve the high electronic shock problem by using traditional ON/OFF control mode.

三、工作流程Working Process

波峰焊锡装置的工艺流程如下示意图所示：Working process
PCB放入定位治具(PCB Set up in fixture)→ 涂覆助焊剂 (Flux spraying)→  预热(Pre-heating)  →  浸波峰焊锡 (wave soldering)
 
流程说明
欲焊接的PCB线路板放到治具底模上，插好端子，按焊锡的工艺流程，依次自动完成涂覆助焊剂、预热、浸波峰焊锡的工艺工序。最后，将已焊接完的PCB板送到取板工位人工取出。(這段與上面4個步驟說明相同, 建議可刪除)
